The contact owns a 2022 Entegra Launch RV built on a 2020 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Chassis. The contact stated that the RV's high-voltage battery had failed to charge. The dealer was made aware of the failure but refused to diagnose or to repair the RV due to the fire risk. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the VIN was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V160000(Electrical System); however, the contact had not received a recall notification. The manufacturer scheduled the recall repair appointment for the year 2025. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000. The VIN was invalid.
