Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that while her sister was driving at an undisclosed speed, the front passenger's side headrest restraint system activated, causing the front passenger's side headrest to deploy. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by the dealer or an independent mechanic. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 103,000.
