Consumer Description

Hello, I paid 70K for my 2022 Lexus RX 350 car, the dealership Bobby Rahal Lexus also sold me some unwanted services like TFT Protection, Insurance and others as well. Since day one the Lexus CAR GPS is failure, from point A to point B, it will take you to horrendous directions and waste your time and gas. I have complained to my dealership and Lexus itself. Lexus folks were very rude, dealership after long battle only in October 2024 i got to update my GPS Software. Also gave my car for changing engine oil post service i am experiencing more wear and engine noise. Post service i am noticing the rear hood door makes latching noise while driving.
