Consumer Description
Toyota has a coolant control valve problem on the RAV4 that it has known is a problem but will not issue a technical service bulletin or recall. It is only covered by the extended warranty. Any other is 800 dollars out of pocket. The warning ⚠️ on the dash blocks the speed indicator and cannot be cleared until the fix is made.
