The contact owned a 2015 Toyota Camry. The contact stated while driving at 70 MPH during nighttime, an animal jumped on the roadway and veered to the side attempting to avoid the animal. The steering wheel failed to turn in the desired direction and crashed into a guard rail. During the crash, the contact's head was hurt by the steering wheel, and no air bags deployed.
