Consumer Description

The truck was traveling west on [XXX] towards Stockton when the instrument panel illuminated with a “Low Fuel Pressure” warning and the coworker (CW) immediately pulled over. Once on the side of the road, the CW confirmed the truck was leaking fuel and the local garage was contacted. It was found that a line running to the secondary fuel filter had come loose and was leaking from the fitting. The securement clip on the line was inspected, and it is believed the clip on the line is defective. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
