The vehicle had remained at the dealer for four months. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the failure could be related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V107000 (Electrical System). The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 61,000.
