Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2024 Ford F-350. The contact stated that upon approaching the vehicle in the morning during a rainstorm, he observed that both the driver’s and passenger’s side windows had rolled down independently. As a result of the failure, the vehicle had become rain soaked overnight. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was 9,000.
