NHTSA Complaint #11614617 — 2024 MAZDA CX-30

I purchased the 2024 Mazda CX-30 from Werner Mazda in Manchester, NH on 12-16-2023. It came with defect(s) that cause interior water buildup on inside windows & roof that also caused the air bag deployers to rust & corrode & for toxic mold to develop in the car. Was obvious soon after I drove the car off the lot on [XXX]. I have taken many pictures & videos of it. Werner Mazda failed to fix the defect(s) / leaks even with video support from Regional Mazda. I filed a Demand For Arbitration with NH New DMV Arbitration Board for a vehicle buyback plus reimbursement of my out of pocket expenses which remains pending as of the date / time of this post (09-14-2024) INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
