NHTSA Complaint #11613798 — 2014 FORD F-150

The contact owns a 2014 Ford F-150. The contact stated while attempting to start the vehicle, the vehicle failed to start. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed that the front under hood relay fuse box had failed and needed to be replaced. The part was replaced; however, the failure persisted. The contact had replaced the relay fuse box several times. The vehicle was then taken to the dealer, where the failure recurred. The vehicle was being diagnosed. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
