NHTSA Complaint #11613746 — 2022 FOREST RIVER PUMA

My wife and I were traveling from Wilson NC to Virginia Beach VA on Friday [XXX] for a vacation and we had 3 tires explode and do damage to fender on both sides of the unit and on the way home from Virginia Beach VA the 4th tire exploded ( Between all costs it has cost almost $1500 in service fees and replacement tires ( also the spare tire being the 5th tire) I have tried researching on NHTSA website and tried calling and was unable to speak with an agent regarding this incident ) --I look up recalls for the trailer itself and saw 1 for the black tank but none for the tires and I wanted to file a formal complaint against Palamino regarding the destructive nature of the tires installed on the unit at the time of manufacture.
