Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2023 Chevrolet Express 2500. The contact stated that while driving at undisclosed speeds, there was transmission fluid leaking on the ground. The engine warning light was illuminated. The contact's husband, who is a mechanic, informed her that the 4-wheel drive shaft was rubbing on the cooling lines and had burned a hole into the cooling lines. The contact called the local dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 3,100.
