Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2019 Nissan Altima. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, several unknown warning lights were inadvertently illuminated. The contact also noticed that the shutters remained open, causing the engine to overheat. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed and the contact was informed that the grill shutter valve had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired for the failure with the instrument panel. The contact stated that the failure recurred with the instrument panel. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 67,582.
