Consumer Description

I have a recall on the transmission control module which is out on my vehicle. I got the letter about the recall then mine went out. Thornhill Ford in chapmanville WV does not want to replace this part they are trying to say it's not defective and I know it is code test says exactly that. Even if it isn't they have to replace one time free of charge. They refuse to replace and want to charge me 400$ please help with getting the part fixed on my car. I need my vehicle for work and childcare
