Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta. The contact stated while driving 10-15 MPH, the vehicle lost power steering functionality, and the electrical system shut down and the vehicle stalled. The message "Ignition Switch Off - Safely Stop the Vehicle" and "Starter System Faulty - Please Service Vehicle" were displayed. The contact was unable to pull the side of the road. The contact was able to restart the vehicle; however, the vehicle shut off again within 5-15 seconds of driving. The message "Starter System Faulty - Please Service Vehicle" was The contact owns a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta.
