50cc motorbikes sold by powersportsmax (and their 3rd party affiliates) and [XXX] known as 'Taotao" are known to these sellers to have issues with electrical dash system which controls all street legal components (blinkers, speedometer, odometer, breaks, electrical starts - powersports. confirmed in NJ civil court-passaic county) Issues reported to seller (killermotor) are given what amount to boiler plate responses for general repair and maintainence which indicate known issues with their lot of the same vehicles with gas/fuel mixture electrical systems draining batteries, and starters or spark plugs causing issues at manufacture or sale. as many rely on these modes as their own viable transportation this amounts to cash grabs at the under-vantaged people trying to make a small living or get to and from work in an affordable and safe way. seller is essentially not disclosing known issues to buyers or giving adequate customer service and repair options in a reasonable way.
