Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2016 GMC Sierra 1500. The contact stated while driving 60 MPH, the power steering assist became inoperable. While driving at slow speeds, the power steering assist was intermittently inoperable. The power steering warning light was illuminated was intermittently inoperable. The local dealer was contacted, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 90,200.
