Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2017 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while his son was driving approximately 35 MPH, the brake pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle jolted forward. Additionally, the driver's side front wheel was shaking. The vehicle was taken to the residence. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the sub frame needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 98,882.
