NHTSA Complaint #11597237 — 2021 FORD MUSTANG MACH E

9 months ago I received a safety recall notice from Ford Motor Company regarding the Mustang Mach E battery terminals could possibly melt together at high speeds and that the car will lose power. Considering the severity of this issue I took it to a dealership right away where it sat unable to be fixed for over a month. They did not offer me a rental and having 2 kids and no car was devastating. I had to go pick the car back up without the recall being repaired and have had to use the vehicle in the meantime because I have no other option. I filed a case through the Ford BuyBack Program and was denied. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes of a remedy or mediation with Ford and was also denied. I just called 3 dealerships this week after receiving a letter in the mail that the parts were available and all of them said they do not have those parts. Because of this unrepairable safety recall, the cars value has depreciated and I am upside down my 20,000$. I can't sell it or trade it in without getting another loan just to pay it off and I refuse to do that for their mistake. There has to be another way. I need help and I'm praying I can find it here. I'm paying 735$ a month for a new car scared to drive every day.
