Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. The contact stated that while driving and attempting to make a right turn, the vehicle lost motive power and the steering wheel became very firm and the vehicle became difficult to maneuver. The contact almost rear-ended the vehicle in front. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or local dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 110,000.
