Consumer Description
I have been trying to get Honda to perform the safety recall since January 2024 (NHTSA Recall Number 23V-844). The dealer (Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda) says the parts are unavailable. American Honda Motor Company customer service was unhelpful and told me to contact a dealer. Honda case #[XXX].
