Consumer Description

The rear bolt which holds the automatic lift for the rear hatch broke off and is stripped. The trunk door is no longer being supported by the arm and is quite heavy. Every mechanic is unable to address the issue and this seems to be very common among this model of the car. The broken bolt is flushed against the frame of the vehicle.
