The contact also stated that the automatic connection between the phone and the vehicle was not working properly, because callers could hear the contact; however, the contact could not hear caller. The contact stated that the rear passenger window switch was not working properly. The rearview camera was inoperable, affecting the visibility while reversing. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.
