Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2010 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that while refueling the vehicle, there was an abnormal hissing sound coming from the gas tank. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, he observed condensation under the rear passenger’s side tire. Additionally, the contact stated that while inspecting the vehicle, he observed three cracks on the fuel tank underneath the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 180,000.
