I had the issue relating to this bullitin [XXX] This issue resulted in both rear window regulators going out due to the water. BMW USA denied to perform any goodwill repair or even acknowledge this issue. This issue consequently results in the convertible top malfunctioning as it cannot roll the rear windows down Many BMW convertible customers have had this issue as it is readily present within online forums.
