Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the air bag warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the diagnostic test had not been completed. The contact stated that the vehicle had previously been repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V736000(Air Bags) in 2020. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 119,000.
