Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2014 Ford Explorer. The contact stated while approaching a stop light, the vehicle started to lose motive power and stalled. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was able to be restarted, and the vehicle was towed to the residence. The dealer was not contacted; however, the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 105,000.
