Consumer Description

Driver door welds broke / window will not roll down and brakes make noise/scrubbing when in reverse, have already took vehicle into local dealership...no warnings of said issues. Purchased vehicle in December of 2023....welds broke in February of 2024 and took vehicle in when first occurred., was told i would receive letter from Ford Motor Company when parts came available/ letter to bring it in.
