NHTSA Complaint #11588626 — 2022 FORD MAVERICK HYBRID

While driving on the highway my car randomly went into limp mode rapidly and nearly caused an accident. I do know the code was U1011. It is a PCM fault stating the PCM and the engine has lost connection. It has been noted to turn on and off randomly and cannot be replicated until it reappears. Dealerships have been giving the run around that it goes away so it’s not a problem. Everyone to include me is having the problem after getting a recent PCM update recall done. My local ford deal shops even say they can see the fault happens, but will not do anything to solve the issue. This fault puts me and everyone in the road as risk randomly sending my car into limp mode without warning or signs.
