Consumer Description
The hood of this vehicle is supported by reinforcements from the underside. They are attached with some caulk type adhesive. The adhesive has failed causing the hood to flutter when you go over bumps or when you are on the highway. I am not sure but if the conditions are right, can the hood become detached from the supports and peel back or rip away from the vehicle? The dealer inspected the vehicle and replaced the hood. The new hood has the same failing adhesive issue. This car is 7 months old with 3500 miles on it.
