NHTSA Complaint #11584188 — 2022 RAM 2500

This is a safety recall ISSUE, I continue to have a problem with this dealer (Hunter Dodge in Lancaster ca) on resolving 3 safety recalls on my 2022 Ram 2500 I have been on the dealers waiting list for 8 months now. Recently I received a call from Chrysler Co. that the dealer had the parts inhouse and I should call the dealer (Hunter Dodge in Lancaster ca) to set up an appointment. I called the person who is responsible at the dealership to get an appointment, she stated there was no reason for the appointment because she did not have the parts to fix my truck and hung up the phone. I received a call from Chrysler saying the parts are at the dealer, and yet when I call they continue to say the parts are not in. I am planning to go out of town with my family soon and I am VERY worried about this being a SAFTEY issue for 8 months now. I wonder if this problem qualifies as a 'Lemon Law' issue or any other action?, I hope you can help resolve this issue.
