NHTSA Complaint #11582515 — 2020 ACURA TLX

The contact owns a 2020 Acura TLX. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle stalled. Upon depressing the accelerator pedal from a stop, the vehicle failed to move. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 23V858000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) and 23V751000 (Engine and Engine Cooling) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 22,000. Parts distribution disconnect.
