Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2020 Honda Ridgeline. The contact stated that the back-over prevention camera image failed to display an accurate image of the rear of the vehicle when shifted into reverse. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed that the back-over prevention camera wiring harness needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.
