Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated on one occasion while driving approximately 35 MPH, the second-row passenger’s seat folded onto the contact's nine-year-old son. The child sustained neck soreness. Medical attention was not provided. On another occasion, while the vehicle was turned off, the second-row passenger seat folded inadvertently. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage 75,000.
