How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? RISK OF LOSS OF CONTROL. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? YES, DEALER CONFIRMED ON 3/8/2024. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? ISSUE WAS REPRODUCED AND ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE DEALER BUT THE ACTUAL STEERING WAS NOT INSPECTED TO MY KNOWLEDGE. THEY INDICATE THAT ACURA IS AWARE OF THE ISSUE BUT HAS NOT ISSUED ANY DIRECTION EVEN THOUGH THE WELL KNOWN FIX IS REPLACEMENT OF THE STEERING RACK.
