NHTSA Complaint #11573186 — 2022 TOYOTA TUNDRA

i got 2022 tundra , i bought online bed cover , put on that car, i was came to toyota of midland tx to oil change on mar /2023 , they said bed cover recall they cant let me go they had to took off bed cover , they drilled lot a hole on that , they told me go home wait , i come back every month ask for bed cover , they said dont know, one day i argue with guys skinny guy seat behind april in service department , his call boss on the back come out order for me new one , i come back to take it , they said i sold the 2022 bought 2024 tundra platinum from another dealer they dont give me because i not buy from them, they it robber same thing, bed cover i bought online from [XXX] , i got reciept , im not get free from car or dealer , i buy from my hard work money, they and robber it same , i buy new car or not dosen’t mater , bed cover i buy from my money i can put any car i want, they said like a kid , just want rob me , i was call toyota service they said they talk to dealer and they will call me on 1 day , i wait 10days no one call, they dint care , service super rude and try rob customer , please help , my email : [XXX] , im so scare toyota midland , they rob customers like notthing , no law , so sad , they lady april and skinny guy seat behind her and guy maneger red shirt on back they super rude to treat customer like that, my money work so hard to have it, they rob like nothing, please help me , thank you very much !
