Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2022 Ram 1500. The contact stated while driving approximately 10 MPH, while making a right turn and coming to a stop, several unknown warning lights flashed on the instrument panel and displayed before the vehicle lost motive power and stalled. The vehicle was immediately restarted but the "battery" warning light remained illuminated. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 21,000.
