Consumer Description

On [XXX], I was traveling to Destin Florida, on [XXX], the interstate came to a complete stop. My 2020 Honda Passport shut down do to the engine idle stop being engaged. When traffic started to move the engine would not start. I sat in the fast lane of [XXX] for approximately two minutes before the vehicle would start. Multiple attempts were made to restart the vehicle. Finally it started. This is the second time this has occurred.
