The contact stated that several unknown warning lights illuminated. The contact stated that the vehicle lost motive power. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and diagnosed with a possible cracked engine block and a cracked head. The contact stated that the diagnosis was inconclusive. The contact was informed that to provide a conclusive diagnostic result, the engine needed to be taken apart. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but did not assist. The failure mileage was approximately 625,000.
