Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2022 Ford Expedition. The contact stated that the vehicle had collected snow and while opening the trunk, the spoiler fractured. The vehicle was taken to an Auto Body shop, where it was determined that the spoiler needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. An unknown dealer was contacted, and a voicemail message was left. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 19,000.
