Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2024 BMW I7. The contact stated that the vehicle had a button on the door armrest that opened the door automatically while driving. The dealer was notified and the vehicle was updated to allow the door to open at 3 MPH or lower speeds. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
