NHTSA Complaint #11558467 — 2010 BMW 328I

I been searching for this problem for a while and found that the problem is related to Vanos bolts, my car was not included into the BMW recall and is suffering for loose of broken Vanos Adjusters Bolts, Codes I am getting are 2A7A and 2A87 and the car goes into emergency mode. 2A7A - DME - Variable Camshaft Timing Control, Exhaust ,Cold Start 2A87 - DME - Exhaust Vanos, Mechanism There is something you can do about it?
