your letter says I can review my report but couldn't find it NHTSA JD#11531515 SO On JULY 7th I started up my truck put it in reverse and had no power steering shut it off and restart still the same could not turn the wheel. I checked the internet someone said check the 2 fuses by battery they were good. had towed on Monday 7-10-23 to Fayetteville dodge they checked it out said I needed a new elect. power rack. they ordered and it took 3 weeks at a total cost $5172.23 out of my pocket. I have pict. of old rack numbers P68230029AA TIC1713C5058 made in LUNGT AN TAIWAN 04301477146714 & 77053805480546 also all paper from dealer with numbers of new rack 68536637AB GEAR RACK and PINION THANK YOU FOR THE WORK YOU DO
