NHTSA Complaint #11553016 — 2017 RAM 1500

Engine started making a ticking sound approximately around Oct 15th 2023 Called ram cares because my 2008 chrysler aspen with 180k on the same 5.7 liter engine had the same sound and a private shop replaced. Lifters. Started escalation case number [XXX] on October 25th 2023. 2017 ram went to Larry Miller dealership, Boise, ID on Oct 30, 2023. Eric service manager says technician diagnosis was warped exhaust manifold and loose bolts. This is coming with the 5.7l hemi and they have replaced over 20 this year alone and with miles as low as 30,000 miles.
