The contact owns a 2019 Ford Edge. The contact stated while entering the vehicle, she became aware that the driver's side door was squeaky and difficult to open. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed a failure with the driver's side door check arm attachment point. The vehicle was not repaired. After investigating the failure, the contact related the failure to NHTSA Action Number: PE23013 (Structure).
