Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2022 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that while stopped, the contact noticed that the vehicle would not move after it had gotten towed. the wrench and service engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was towed to a dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the failure was due to the transmission independently engaging and the transmission had overheated fluid, the transfer case had failed as well. The vehicle had been replaced. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.
