Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The contact stated that the rear-view camera was displaying a distorted, fuzzy image while in activated. The dealer was notified of the failure and compared the camera image to another vehicle and found no defect with the camera. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but offered no assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 100.
