The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The contact had received a recall letter for his 2016 Ford F-250 for NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V337000 (Air Bags). The independent mechanic advised the contact that the 2016 Ford Expedition used the same clockspring as the 2016 Ford F-250. The failure mileage was approximately 127,000.
