NHTSA Complaint #11548195 — 2022 RAM 2500

The contact owns a 2022 Ram 2500. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V060000 (Electrical System) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. Additionally, the contact called four other local dealers Galeana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (14375 S Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, FL 33912), Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (6381 Airport-Pulling Rd, Naples, FL 34109), Sandy Sansing Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Milton (6348 Caroline Street, US-90, Milton, FL 3257, and Hill-Kelly Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram (6171 Pensacola Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32505) and was informed that parts were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
