NHTSA Complaint #11547844 — 2023 JUST TRAILERS JUST TRAILERS

Just bought this trailer a couple of months ago and before it was about a month and a half old found that the spring shackle bolt that connect the frame to the leafspring were falling out. Tried to contact the company. They said it wasn’t him warranty and didn’t really seem to be worried about the fact that the Springs wJust bought this trailer a couple of months ago and before it was about a month and a half old found that the spring shackle bolts that connect the frame to the leaf springs were falling out. Tried to contact the company they said it was an M warranty and didn’t really seem to be worried about the fact that the springs were coming loose from the frame, their solution was to send new bolts. I believe there is another issue because the bolts should not be falling out so it is either an assembly issue or a quality control issue or something. So now I have a trailer that we cannot use without paying someone to put bolts back in. That should never have come out in the first place. I am worried that other people might have bought trailers from this company and may not notice it, and could have an accident that could injure or kill someone
